I recently had the pleasure of working with Howard Rose on the sale of my home. I had listed the property with an agent for more than a year and literally never heard from her. I was completely dissatisfied with the whole process and decided to sell the home myself. I have to say that working with Howard Rose and Keller Williams was a new experience. I thought that all realtors did was get the listing, put it in MLS, and sit back and wait for someone to sell it for them.
 
Not so with Howard. Right after I listed the property with him he went to work like nothing I have ever seen. The first thing he did was establish a relationship with the majority of the home owners in the neighborhood and then we worked together on selling the neighborhood as well as my home. At the same time, he was making contact with his buyer network and showed the property who knows how many times. After a relatively short period of time he brought me a solid contract and the property closed without complication.
 
I highly recommend Howard to anyone who is considering selling (or buying) a home in this area. I have recommended him to several buyers and sellers who have thanked me tremendously for recommending him.

The team at Keller Williams was very professional and did a great job staying on top of the purchase of my home. Without Howard and the rest of the team’s help it would have been much more difficult to close on my “First Home” since I am now deployed in Iraq, thousands of miles away.
